60 Minute treatment: $110.00

45 Minute treatment: $90.00

30 Minute treatment: $70.00

Direct billing is available for most health insurance and employee benefits providers.

You will be prompted to provide your insurance details when booking your appointment online. Or you can bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment.

In cases when direct billing is not possible, payment will be required up-front and you will be provided with the required documentation to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.

If you are unable to make your appointment or need to make changes to your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice. You may do this online by logging in to your account or by emailing Walsh Massage Therapy a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Please be advised that missed appointments are not covered by insurance plans.

Patients who provide less than 24-hours notice for a cancellation, or miss their appointment will incur late cancellation charges of 50% of the appointment fee.
